1. Automatic inspection equipment:
We use fully automatic inspection equipment in the production process to carry out strict quality inspection on the glass bottle finished by annealing from the annealing furnace.
2. The main testing equipment and items are divided into:
--Bottle body inspection machine.
--Mainly check whether the bottle mouth and bottle body have Fried grain , bottle body bubbles, The bottle of cold grain, bottle body quilts, cut material patterns, etc.
--Bottle mouth inspection machine.
--Test the Fried grain at the bottle mouth, the plugging material at the bottle mouth and the Perpendicularity of the bottle.
3. Manual online detection
Manual light box inspection: Check the bubbles, Fried grain, quills, cold lines, and other appearance problems of the bottle body and mouth.
4. Manual batch inspection:
Every 2-3 hours, inspect the specific information of each group of molds of the rank machine one by one.

Q4: What is your payment term?
30% deposit to arrange production, 70% of the balance will be paid on the copy of the bill of lading.
Q5: Can you offer sample for checking quality ?
Yes, we are glad to provide our free samples to you within 3 days once get your requirement.
Q6: If I am a fresh importer, what you can do for me?
One-stop packaging solution. We can help you to handle door delivery service, from preparing cargo, shipment, clearance customs and duties. You just need to pick up containers at your warehouse.
Q7: What’s your production capacity?
There are 5 furnances with 9 production lines, we can produce around 600000pcs per day. And we serve for some famous brand, e.g. coco-cola, Tsingtao beer.
Q8: What’s your packing way?
The regular packing way is bulk pallet, carton+pallet. And the color printing carton is available.
