--Bottle mouth inspection machine.
--Test the Fried grain at the bottle mouth, the plugging material at the bottle mouth and the Perpendicularity of the bottle.
3. Manual online detection
Manual light box inspection: Check the bubbles, Fried grain, quills, cold lines, and other appearance problems of the bottle body and mouth.
4. Manual batch inspection:
Every 2-3 hours, inspect the specific information of each group of molds of the rank machine one by one.

Yes, you can design a new mold according to your need, the MOQ is just 1*40HQ, and the delivery time is usually 25-35 days after receiving the deposit.

Yes, when you open new mold, we can carve your logo on the new mold and produce for you.
Q3: What's capacity can you do for the high flint bottles?
Our regular capacity 200ml, 500ml, 700ml, 750ml, and 1000ml.
If you open new mold, we can design the bottles as your need.
Q4: How many bottles can you produce every day?
There are 5 furnances with 9 production lines, we can produce around 600000pcs per day.
Q5: Before you begin the production, can we check the samples?
Yews, when we finish the sample mold, we can produce some samples and send to you to check samples.
Q6: Can you do the deep-prodessing on the high flint bottles?
Yes, we can do the Deep-prodessing on the bottles, we can do Spray, Hot Stamping, Acid Etch, Decal, Frost, Screen Printing etc.
Q7: What package can you provide?
Our regular package is pallet, carton and pallet+carton package, if you have any sepcial inquiry, we also can do it as your need.

We use an automatic digital management system, scan the code to enter and
exit the warehouse; Strictly monitor product purchases and sales, record inventory consumption at any time, and achieve product traceability; On the package, there will be the bottles’ information, if you have any problem, you check the information, I will find the bottles’ problem.
